Refund policy

At Evaly Baby, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

  1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and unworn.
Be in its original condition.
Be clean and free from damage caused after delivery.
Include original packaging when reasonably applicable.
Be returned within the 30-day return period.

  1. Returns for Customer Preference

We accept returns when a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong item, or no longer wants the product, provided the product meets the return eligibility requirements above.

For returns due to customer preference:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
The original shipping charge, if any, is non-refundable.
For orders below $30.00, the standard $8.00 shipping charge is non-refundable.
For orders of $30.00 or more that qualified for free standard shipping, no original shipping charge will be refunded because no shipping charge was collected.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photos of the product and packaging when applicable.

If the return is approved because the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, Evaly Baby will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

If we give you a different return address, it will be included in the return instructions before you ship the item. If a return must be sent outside the United States, we will tell you first. You pay international return postage unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  1. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and reviewed, approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the refunded amount available in your account.

  1. Non-Returnable Situations

A return may not be accepted if:

More than 30 calendar days have passed since delivery.
The product has been used or worn.
The product has been damaged after delivery due to customer use or handling.
The product is not returned in its original condition.
